Club Red

We are a dual stage live music venue, in the shape of a “L”, located in Tempe, Arizona. We book Rock, Alt Rock, 80s Rock, Pop, Indie, Melodic Metal, Punk, Reggae, Dub, Underground Hip-Hop, Electronica, Singer/Songwriter and Americana.

Club Red (our national act side) has a capacity of 750 and has a full stage, light show and professional level PA system: EAW mains, Crown amp, JVS custom subs, Yamaha PM4000 68 channel  board.

Red Owl has a capacity of 350 and has a full stage, light show and quality PA: EAW mains, Crown amps, JVS custom subs, Allen & Heath 24 channel board.

There is a large rollup door between the two sides that allows us to combine the sides for selected shows and run festival style events that have a need for greater combined capacity. Club Red is located 2 miles from ASU, the largest university in the country and 2 miles from Mesa Community College (MCC), the largest community college in the country. There are over 90,000 students in a 2 mile radius of Club Red / Red Owl. Club Red Plaza is located at the intersection of the 101 and 202 freeways in Tempe…always the center of live music in Arizona which makes us “freeway close” to the entire Phoenix market. Club Red Plaza includes a Guitar Store, an hourly Band Rehearsal space with 11 rooms, a Record Store, a Bookstore with a gourmet Cafe along with Club Red and Red Owl. In-store “Meet & Greets” and/or Clinics of some kind are often possible for touring artists.
